page 1:

Overleveled (too dark) and underleveled (white isn't white) at the same time. You removed the text, but the bubble aren't uniform in their color.

page 2

same thing, everything is too dark and the whites aren't white.

page 3

better than the first two, but still a bit of gray in the whites. The page seems a bit blurry.

page 4

again same things...

Overall not bad, but not there yet. I'd recommend reading this: https://mudascantrad.forummotion.com/help-f6/learn-to-clean-in-10-minutes-or-less-by-willow-sama-t10.htm and try once more. You can keep using those pages, they're good practice page! Keep it up and good luck~

It's much better! You got the levels right for all the pages. The only problem now is that the lines/color are a bit "cartoonish" it easier to see in page 3. May I ask what program you used to filter the page? I'd just say that whatever it is, your settings are slightly off. It makes the lines blurry around their edges.

Anyhow, try to tweak around with your program, you're almost there. If you want to clean other pages. I'd recommend practicing of Fairy Tail pages.

Just a question: what kind of denoising software are you using? I would appreciate if you could also attach the values you used for your cleans

about that i have Topaz Denoise 2 to 5
but obviously i'm using the latest version

Try increasing them 'til you see the page is almost without dust (without damaging too much the lineart). You must keep in mind that not all the RAWs are the same, so the values we use for our series won't probably apply to other series' RAWs.

Great work, you obviously got it now. The only thing you need to do now is to clean the greys the way you like 'em. Some like them smooth like you did most of your page. Others prefer patterned grays like mangashare does. Getting uniform patterned gray is trickier (I'm still perfecting that art with kiba's help :p). It depends on the cleaner and on the manga you are cleaning.
