Dear applicants,

Lots of people apply with a lot of enthusiasm for different positions in different groups, probably because they want to have some fun with people that share their same interests, want to learn how to use Photoshop properly (believe it or not, I learnt all I know of Photoshop and other image-editing software thanks to scanlation), want to stop being leechers of the manga comunity (?); but many also give up, loose interest, dont want to sacrifice a lot, etc. These are some of the reasons why very few become staff members for scanlation groups. There are also those who do the tests with a lot of interest, but after becoming a staff member they do little to nothing.

I went through this kind of situation once (in fact, the group where I come from died because of the reasons written before), and my teammates or me myself suffering this all over again is something I can't allow. For that reason, all the application threads that haven't been answered by the owner in a week will get instantly closed. An applicant can still ask for a test again if his/her thread gets closed by creating a new thread, but if the applicant gets two application threads closed, that person won't be allowed to become a Muda Scantrad's Staff never.

Please understand these measures, and only apply if you are truly interested.
