yep the Feds took a harsher stance on manga libraries however I don't think scan groups are in too much danger after all most people hardly notice the scan group

i think "i eat manga" should have every chapter for fairy tail
but there are a lot of readers with it , since its a big one

actually its the japanese publishers that have the major role , since they want to limit their art for themselves and viz that wants to expand their market , but viz will go down soon

Viz here in my country is almost dead, and that's why I have so many problems finding any manga (and the ones I find are all outdated).
