Here is another one: I had cleaned 4 entire chapters of OP (back when FH was still doing that serie); around 80 pages you may say. No one finished them. They finally went to waste.

Or the time one specific trainee resized all my pages from a 25 page long chapter mind you and turned them all to jpegs then gave to an editor to QC would scolded me for forever for saving in jpegs, it was horrible all the greys help me help me I'm being butchered by a hack who can't save properly

But how come that .jpg destroys greys? I am always saving my cleans in jpgs >.< (also, never noticed nothing wrong).

It just happen sometimes, when you save in jpeg you experience is a monumental amount of clarity in your image it has something to do with your settings, it interlaces your grays or something like that and it becomes muddled you shouldn't have a problem though since your pages are naturally sharp however the rest of us humans require them to be png-8 or 24

I would save them as png-8/16, but TSing pages in that format is a pain in the ass (cuz you have to convert back to greyscale, adjust the font size/color and style (round), and then convert to png-8/16 again. Doing that with 20 pages consumes a lot of time D:)

Non I always give the typesetters psds when I clean, he did this to supposedly reduce file size
