Robler is right im in the army, but I will only be here for another 5 months then back to germany and another 2 or so months there then back to Tennessee for good XD

After World War II the US Army set up large army bases in both Germany and Japan. I'm sure neither country is particularly happy about that (I know Japan isn't) but... that's what happens when you lose a war.

i know there's still an air force base in japan, hadn't thought about germany XD seems like so long ago since my mum served there XDD

yeah, but are they still there? geez, i have to stop sleeping on the social studies lessons x(

haha it's not like they're policing or anything.. it was just part of the agreement.. from what i understand its mostly non-militaryesque things that go on.. like the air force TV station and stuff like that..

well, in my mind they run around and make sure that hitler doesnt revive ^^
