I am currently playing the KH - Chains of Memories game, and I find it kinda lame :/ I dunno if it is cuz the crappy card-attack system, or the fact that it has the Disney characters (despite the fact that I was "OMG" when seeing the ones from FF VII xD). Does the original KH have that card-attack system? Maybe I should play the first game instead of jumping directly to the second one, because I am kinda lost with the storyline

Yes.. it's not very good. The actual game for PS2.. and although not as awesome, but still pretty amazing KH2 for PS2 are MUCH better... its battle system is more like God of War... in a way.

also not too big of a fan of 365/2 days one for the ds....
i'm hoping the birth by sleep is better XD
but ya, any KH games on actual consols (aka PS2) are the bomb
they are absolutely amazing. i love them.

k first: for Chain of Memories, refer to previous post XD
two: Don't worry, I hated the fucking card system too, i thought it stupid, retard, and nearly impossible to get anything good out of it.
three: lots of FVII characters in there, and also from VIII (VII and VIII tend to be important recurring characters to the overall plot), and a few from X and X-2 ^^~
four: Disney characters and worlds are everywhere, which i personally love (especially when you actually get to become a lion in KHR2 in the Lion King world 8D )
lastly: honestly, you don't even have to bother with any of the handheld games.... they don't affect the plot of the main two (the ones on PS2) at all.... in fact, in the first five minutes of the second game, during the opening song, they manage to use a video of sorts to completely summorize Chain of Memories XD

So, should I jump to KH2 directly? Without playing Chain of Memories, nor KH1 at all?

Hi. Well, I kinda recommend playing KH1 and 2 but i personally didn't like chain of Memories. Feels as though it's a bit too simple and easy.

haha ya i pirate a lot of stuff, but i try to avoid straight up emulators.
i'll go to the extent of buying the system to support the company (despite them really not needing it i guess XD)
and also a few selected games (pokemon, KH, final fantasy, etcc) cause i love them and want them to continue
but otherwise i pirate ^^;
