| Just a note: Next time you should upload to imageshack.us (and make sure to not resize them).
I'll check your cleaning. They look good for a first try. Are you using Topaz Denoise and Topaz Clean? Those two will really help make your grays sexy. You didn't burn completely on the HnS page. Try again using T. Denoise and T.Clean. (You should be able to find them somewhere on the internet).
(Also I don't know if you did it this time, but be sure to size the pages to 1300px height.)

| Alright, thanks I'll be sure to just paste the links next time, but I'm not sure what you mean by resizing them although I did resize the images I cleaned to 1300 px. I used Topaz Denoise and Clean, but I guess I didn't use the right settings? I'll fix them up. |

| https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/f/ep3a.png/Hey, sorry for the delay. Here's the 3rd pic re-edited again. I ran it through Denoise and the Cleaner a couple times but I'm not too sure on how to even out the grays in that panel second from the bottom... Also, how is my typesetting? |

| Hi again. I just wanted to repost that I'm still active and interested in joining since I think the policy is to delete inactive threads after a week of inactivity. So...um...didgeridoo! Oh and here are my submissions in link form since I'm not sure if the direct link was the right format: Cleaner: - Spoiler:
Typesetter: - Spoiler:

| QUICK TS REVIEW IS QUICK:
1. Very good choice of fonts; thank you for paying attention to the bubbles and using appropriate fonts in them. A couple font changes I would make, but that's beside the point - when on the team, I'd tell you what fonts to use when and where.
2. Centering is mostly good, just a few bubbles that would need some fixing. I find that it helps if I zoom out on a page to see if the bubbles have been centered well enough. Also, this is something that comes with practice, so not too worried about it.
3. Overall shape of the text could use a little work; still looking for a little more of a rough diamond shape. The text should never be close enough to the sides of the bubble that it almost touches, so don't be afraid to resize the text boxes you make in Photoshop when typesetting. Again, this is something you learn with practice, so still not too worried.
All in all, it's a pretty decent app. I'd go ahead and sign you up as a trainee here and let you do a chapter in the training section for more practice. If you're still interested in learning to clean, just wait for another cleaning review (probably by the admin Kiba). (: |
