They go by many names

Demons, Dark side, Lust, Weakness, That little voice in the back of your head

Everyone has them always there

Be it a sinner or a saint there there

Just beneath the surface

Asking begging for a glimpse of the light of day

If given just a glimpse they will take and take like a greedy child

Never asking for premison just taking

We burry them, hide them, pretend that they are not real

That we are too good hearted for them to excess

But they do, some are so weak that its there light that gets locked away in the darkness

For others it’s always there just under the surface, scratching, tearing, and whispering

They whisper your darkest desire to you any chance they get

Tell you that it’s not wrong to do that, that it will only happen once and never again, that it will make you happy

But they don’t make they destroy, it does not create happiness only disperse, it will not give you peace of mind only madness

We all have them

The question you have to ask is do you have the will power to keep It at bay, buried away where it belongs

Or will your weakness open that doorway that a key should never be made for, never to be closed again.
