hmm, I'll show you:

1-allign page, there can be a gap, tanko raws usually have bigger gap, try to make the lines alligned or somewhat "flowable" to each other. Here's a cool page to work with:

2-I usually create a line as a guideline to what goes where and such... some line can be bolded or darkened depending if they are actually usable:

3- I'm a lazy bastard, so I continue with the easy part aka black and whites filling:
