| From a non-QCer (aka not formally in the proofreading position):
Know english, and know it well. You have to be able to fix grammatical and spelling errors, as well as rephrase entire sentences in order to create "flow"
The QCing team will be by soon to give you a test along with instructions, but to give you a heads up, it will probably include a bad script that needs lots of changing. Make sure any changes you make are visible, whether they be bolded, in brackets, or something.
But ya, wait for the QCing team for the final word on it =P
Good luck! |

| Hello Rondemion! I've seen you lurking the forums but, formally (and personally) I would like to say, "Welcome!". My name is Millos Assailant (aka Paul) and I'm part of the QC and Translator team here in Muda. Nice to meet you! Okay so, you need a test to see how capable you are in your English skills, as bajuwa explained. Therefore, I'm gonna give you one paragraph to proofread for me. It's in the spoiler below. Catch as many mistakes as you can, and then reply to this post, with your revised changes in spoiler tags. - Spoiler:
Analisis The “Iris” data set contains 3 class. They are the Iris Aqua, the Iris Violet and Iris Burgundy class each with 50 attributes each. Every attribute contains the Irises sepal and petal length, as well as its sepal and petal width in centimeter for it’s respective class. The “Adult” data sit contains 48,842 records each with 15 variable to analyze. Those fields include age, type work class, education, marital-status, occupation, relationship, race, sex, capital gain, capitol loss, final weight, hour per week, native country and income. Finally the “Zoo” data set is an trivial one with 7 class, which are animal groups, with total of 101 instances. Each animal instance contains 18 attributes, those of can which include animals name nor race, two numerics, and it’s type as well as 15 Boolean attributes, that are those which involve simple yes or no answer. The following was a analysis of 4 classification algorithm that can be optimally for these data sets used.
Thanks and Good Luck! |

| Hmm...think of it as an innovative pseudo-entrepreneurial scanlation upbringing, to see if we can get some high quality QC'ers up in the house. |
