| This page https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img15/4142/psyrench145171.pngIs almost perfect! Way to go! However, the greys are still not uniform, and it's also a little blurry. Re-do this exact same page, lower your denoising values a bit and don't forget to print-screen your Topaz Clean settings [btw, Topaz Denoise and Topaz Clean are two different things, eh xD]. |

| The greys are made uniform after you T.Clean the page, that's why there is something fishy going on Well, lets see. We will change those T. Clean values a bit. Re-do the page once more and try these: - Spoiler:
clean: strength=4 threshold=1,5 radius=16
edges: accent=1 radius=4 sharpness=1.04
texture stg=0,65 boost=1.23 size=1,29
As you will notice, you will be using a lower Clean-Stg value (since 5 takes longer and it is not really much more effective than 4), and you will use some values that I have increased in order for the "uniformness" to be more effective. Also, try these values of Topaz Denoise, instead of the ones you are currently using: - Spoiler:
Suppress noise=1.19 clean=0,46 recovery Details=0,40 reduse blur=0,25
Again, as you can see, I reduced your supress noise values (no wonder your pages were ending so blurred! 1.5 is a value way too high! ). And finally, when you sharpen the page, use these values: 1st sharpen -> Smart Sharpen [1 px./100%] 2nd sharpen (the one before you save the page) -> Smart Sharpen [0,2 px./80%] If you followed these steps correctly, then your page should end like this one (after you burn the blacks): http://manga.animevibe.net/mangas/Psyren/145%20-%20Connected%20Worlds%20(end)/Psyren_145_17_[MudaScans].png^^

| The squares should be a little tinier, but still, that's exactly what I want Good example heid ^^ Btw, that PS portable includes both Topaz Denoise and Clean, and you can use them without having to intall any of those plugins?

| Both the denoise used, the squares and the leveling seem good to me; but the greys are still not uniform. Assuming you are indeed using the values I gave you, are you setting your Topaz Clean in "DeGrunge"?
Anyway, despite the fact that you are still not ready for the real deal, I recognise your hard work, and because of that you have earned yourself a trainee position. Congrats, you are in the team ^^
PS: We will continue with this exact same page in the Training Section in the Staff's forums. |
